Walnut Manor Walnut Manor is a quality, well-maintained, small (13-unit) apartment building located in the desirable Admiral Junction of West Seattle, close to parks, shopping, Puget Sound, restaurants, entertainment, and bus lines.

Most apartments are prized corner units, maximizing privacy and light. Each apartment has a large deck or patio, intercom entry system, quality carpeting, and modern appliances, including a dishwasher and disposal. Because Walnut Manor is located on a corner lot, you have lots of privacy and light.

Large top floor 2-bedroom

This spacious two bedroom is a great apartment and great on the budget. It has lots of light throughout, a partial view of downtown Seattle, a large wrap around deck, modern light fixtures, large windows, newer cabinets and quartz counters in the kitchen, and a newer vanity and mirror in the bathroom.

One covered parking space is included in the rent.

The building has an elevator, intercom access, and coin operated washers and dryers on the first floor. Storage lockers are available for an extra charge.

The rent is $1,695, plus a $65 monthly fee for water, sewer and garbage for one person, and $30 for each additional person.

The refundable deposit is $1,200.

We require a one-year lease, and do not accept pets or smokers.
